By providing payment for the above items, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Liability. Customer is agreeing that Outdoor Junction, a Miles Brothers Consulting, LLC brand, shall not be held responsible for any damage or harm that any product purchased may cause. Further, Customer agrees to indemnify and defend Boxwood Rose against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgements, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from use of Boxwood Rose’s products or services.
- Warranty. There are no warranties that extend beyond this express written warranty. Under no circumstances shall Outdoor Junction, a Miles Brothers Consulting, LLC brand, be liable for lost profits, or other indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to everyone. This warranty gives specific legal rights including other rights which vary from state to state.
- General. Should any question arise whether provided for in these conditions or not, the decision of Outdoor Junction, a Miles Brothers Consulting, LLC brand, shall be final. In case any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be construed as if such provision or provisions had never been contained herein. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes all previous agreements and discussions, whether oral or in writing. No modification of this Agreement shall be enforceable unless in writing and signed by both Outdoor Junction, a Miles Brothers Consulting, LLC brand, and Client.
